About Us

We are an enthusiastic group of athletes who use kettlebells as our gym equipment of choice. We have been working out for many years and have done many great workouts, but have come to realize that our favorite exercises are done with kettlebells.

Why are kettlebells the best? Because of the versatility and intensity they offer. The exercises you do with kettlebells work more major body parts at once, burn more fat and simply give you the best workout in the shortest amount of time.

We have tested out many great kettlebell workout programs and some that weren’t so great. We came up with this site as a way to share our top picks with you. We weed out the trash to save you money.
